My Approach
How I Work
A blend of psychology, compassion and soul.
Healing is not a clinical procedure —
it is a relationship.
A remembering.
A gentle return to yourself.
My approach is rooted in over three decades of experience in mental health, education and therapeutic support…
but it is equally shaped by something quieter and deeper:
presence, intuition and the understanding that every person carries their own medicine inside them.
Blending the Practial with the Soulful
My work draws from:
psychological understanding
emotional regulation tools
mindfulness and grounding practices
relational therapy
trauma-informed approaches
intuitive, soul-led presence
Some sessions feel structured and practical. Some feel spacious and reflective. Some feel like release. Some feel like remembering.
Every session is guided by what your heart, body and spirit need most in that moment.
A Space where there is never ‘too mcuh’!
You do not need to be calm, composed, or “sorted” to be here.
There is no rushing.
No judgement.
No expectations.
No wrong way to feel.
You bring your truth.
I bring my presence.
Together, we find the path forward.
How We Work Together
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy.
I meet you exactly where you are — emotionally, energetically, spiritually — and we work from there.
You can expect:
compassionate, attuned listening
gentle exploration rather than interrogation
practical tools you can use in daily life
emotional grounding and nervous system support
space to cry, unravel, reflect, breathe or simply be
moments of insight, truth, humour or stillness
a slow and steady unravelling of old patterns
a soft strengthening of your inner self
Above all, you can expect kindness — the thing so many people never received enough of.
For Those Journeying with Animals
For end-of-life support and grief work, my approach is especially gentle.
You will be held with tenderness, dignity and honour — whether you are preparing, grieving or walking a beloved companion home.
This work includes:
emotional support
practical guidance
ritual suggestions
ways to honour your bond
gentle presence before, during or after transition
Love does not end when a body does — it transforms.
My role is to help you walk that transformation with steadiness and compassion.
The ‘Why’ I Do This Work
This work didn’t come from ambition.
It came from grief, transformation and the profound love of a dog who showed me what soul-level companionship truly is.
I am here to walk beside those who are:
hurting
healing
remembering
rebuilding
or learning how to let go
Because no one should walk these parts of the journey alone.
